Oceanwind Knits Ordering Info, Terms & Conditions
General Information
Oceanwind Knits is based in
Teeswater, Ontario, Canada, owned and operated by designer Lori Law.
You may order online via this site or you might find Oceanwind Knits products in your local retail shop.
Oceanwind Knits prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
All purchases are processed via PayPal, including credit card payments.
[Oceanwind Knits does NOT record your personal PayPal or credit card
information.] You do not need to have a PayPal account to submit payment using a credit card.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Residents of the province of Ontario (Canada) are required to pay ON HST. I am required to charge Canadian residents applicable HST/GST.
If you order by mail, and you live outside Canada, your order my be subject to
local taxes and customs duty, which you are responsible for remitting (in
accordance with local import laws and NAFTA).
How to Order
Using the shopping cart: Use the categories in the left bar to navigate the shop. If you find something you'd like to see more about, click 'view more'. If you decide to purchase, click the 'add to cart' button. You may do this for as many items as you like. The shopping cart summary at the top right will show you how many items are in your cart and a summary subtotal.
Once you are ready to proceed to Checkout, click ' to checkout'.
If you are a new customer, you will be asked to create a customer account. If
you are a returning customer, log in. Please be aware of your 'guest cart' possibly merging with former shopping cart items if you have browsed previously. Change any information in your shopping cart as required.
You will then be given a choice of shipping method (if shipping is applicable). Choose your method of delivery. You may add additional comments if desired. Click 'next'.
Verify your order, subtotal and final total, including S&H and any applicable taxes. You will also want to verify whether the billing and shipping information is correct. By clicking 'continue' you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Otherwise, you have the option of cancelling your order.
If you continue your order, you will be asked to click to
submit your payment via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.
Once your payment has been processed, your item will be shipped to you via your preferred shipping method. You will receive notifications via email as to the status of your order.
If you are downloading a PDF, you will be referred to PayPal for payment and will receive notice of your download location once your payment has been processed.
Shipping
Oceanwind Knits ships to Canada, the
continental USA as well as internationally. If your location is not
available currently, and you are interested in receiving Oceanwind
Knits products, please contact me.
Oceanwind Knits ships via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, as well as Air Mail Packets.
Unfortunately, Oceanwind Knits cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels to international destinations.Oceanwind Knits ships two or three times per week. In general, allow up to three weeks to receive your order from the time of purchase.
Patterns
All Oceanwind Knits patterns, printed or PDF
versions, are subject to copyright and may not be distributed or redistributed without express permission of Oceanwind Knits.
Returns
Oceanwind Knits does NOT accept
returns for patterns.
If you 'lose' your previously purchased PDF pattern, I will issue a replacement PDF at the cost of $2. Please keep your sales records on hand in case of this happening (printed copies recommended) so that I may verify your previous order. It's also not a bad idea to make a printed copy of your PDF once you have downloaded it.
Returns will be accepted for refund on yarn if it is returned in the original skein (skein is untouched and not re-wound) with label intact. Refunds will not be provided for return shipping costs.
